This week is Children's Mental Health Week and this year's theme is 'Express Yourself'
Mental health, especially in these uncertain times, is so important. We need to all remember to take some time to reflect and relax.
I have attached some ideas to enable you to think about Mental Health Week at home. Also, try to complete some mindfulness activities such as colouring, listening to music, doing crafts or Lego to help you relax and switch off from the world for a short while.
Activities you could try to help you Express Yourself:
- Discussing your likes and dislikes with an adult or friend
- acting out different emotions
- create your own song or dance
- create an outfit you feel expresses you. You could draw this or even wear it for the day!
