Home-School Agreement

Home School Agreement

At St Luke’s, we believe that children flourish when school, families and children work together. Our Home School Agreement sets out the shared commitments that help us to build this positive partnership.

The agreement explains what parents and carers can expect from school, alongside the important ways families can support their child’s education. It also gives our children a simple set of commitments based around our 5 Golden Rules.

These include working together to support good attendance and punctuality, regular reading and home learning, positive behaviour, correct school uniform and open communication between home and school.

For our part, we are committed to providing a safe, happy and inclusive school in which children feel that they belong, are supported to achieve and are given opportunities to enjoy a rich and memorable education. Above all, our commitment is to ensure that every child is able to FLOURISH during their time at St Luke’s.

The agreement also includes parental permission for children to take part in local walking visits linked to their curriculum during the school year.

Please read the 2026–27 Home School Agreement below and return the signed agreement to school.
