Lesson 1 - we discussed techniques for different running paces and practised them!

Lesson 2 - we completed 5 minutes of continuous running to work on our fitness and endurance. Then, we revisited our knowledge of sprinting techniques before putting them into action. Finally, we learnt more about how to sprint on a curve rather than in a straight line.

Lesson 3 - we completed a range of different jumps and discussed the technique we should use during each one. We did some jumps from a stationary position and then moved to using the hurdles.

Lesson 4 - after we completed our 5 minute continuous run, we discussed different throwing techniques.We practised using the discus and the technique for using shotput. Great throwing, Rufford!
