Super shape fun and Amazing Amphibians!
This week we have enjoyed learning all about Amphibians. We enjoyed researching facts about them and then we begun creating our class encyclopedia! Each day we are going to write some pages of our class book. We will add pages about all different animals and we will also illustrate and label our pages.
We also had lots of fun learning more about shapes and how we can position them in different ways. We learnt how to 'rotate' the shapes to create pictures of animals called 'Tangrams'.
A tangram is a 2D re-arrangement puzzle created by cutting a square into seven pieces — seven geometric shapes called 'tans'.
