In Science, we have recapped over our knowledge of different food sources and then linked this to the idea of a simple food chain. We have discussed what the chicks ate and used the correct terminology to describe what animals/plants are producers and consumers. The children had a go at holding hands and creating their own food chain.
In Science, we have been learning all about what a food source is. We discussed the different food sources including fruit, vegetables, animals and plants. The children really enjoyed talking about their favourite foods and what the food source of them is. Can you tell your grown up what your favourite food is and what the food source is?
