Homework

Please complete the activities identifying personal and possessive pronouns and fronted adverbials. 

Reading Diaries

Reading books and diaries should be handed in at the start of each day. Children should be reading at least three days a week and an adult should be recording this in their diary. We are seeing a number of children forget their diaries on a daily basis. Please continue to remind your child about the importance of bringing it to school daily. 

Spellings

We will be continuing to practise all spellings from this half term. 

Times Tables

Please continue to encourage your child to practise their times tables at home. At this point, all Y6 children should confidently recall all times tables facts up to 12x 12. 

Dates for your diary

11th December- Christmas Service at Church 2:00pm start- parents/ carers are welcome to attend. 

13th December- 6:30pm- Welbeck Christmas performance at St. Luke's Church.  Please wear black trousers/ skirt and a Christmas jumper. Please be at church for 6:15. 

20th December- Christmas party for Welbeck and Sherwood. 

There will be no P.E. lesson on Monday due to our carol service at Church. Please wear normal school uniform. An additional P.E. lesson will take place later in the week.
