Taking charge of our learning

During Golden Time this morning a group of children decided to spend their time practising their Maths using numicon rather than having free choice. The children chose to do this without any adult support and worked quietly to practise writing their numbers, doubling a number, addition to 20 and writing multiplication sums using the ten times table. I was extremely impressed with the children for choosing to do this and it was lovely seeing children help their friends with their answers. Well done children, I am very proud of you all.
