Snow day!

I hope you have enjoyed the snow we have had today - it is so great when you can stay at home and play in it! I have already received some lovely photos of children outside in the snow and making snowmen, which I have loved. I think it is so important to get outside and enjoy these moments with family, and so much learning can take place outside! Maybe you could send me what you have been up to in the snow - did you learn anything? 

Home shops!

I have had such a great time this morning looking at photos of Millie's and Isabel's home shops - they look like they really enjoyed it and have learnt a lot about money and change. I always love this lesson and I am gutted to be missing it with you! Have a look at the photos - I am so proud of you both girls and have really enjoyed hearing about your shops.

The amazing learning continues!

Morning everyone and welcome to a new week! I hope you are all doing well.

I received some excellent work from Annabel, Sophie, Aurora-Blue, Daya, Taran and Millie over the weekend so well done girls for your amazing effort! 

I want to say a huge well done to everyone in Thoresby Class for making it through the first week and for continuing to engage in this new way of learning. A big thank you to all parents/carers as well for all of your support.
