Thursday is the day that we do our times tables test. Spend 15 minutes on Times Tables Rockstars practising your times tables. Remember you should know up to 12 x 12 confidently.
The main part of the lesson will be focusing on subtracting fractions which have the same denominator. If we are subtracting fractions with the same denominator then all we subtract are the numerators (top number) e.g.
5/9 - 3/9 = 2/9.
