RE
We have been learning about Judaism and Jewish beliefs about God. We talked about how they use the Torah and worship in a synagogue and compared this to Christianity. We then looked at the Jewish beliefs about creation and shared our understanding with the class.
This morning we learnt about Harvest because we are going to be taking part in a special assembly next week! We went outside to see what we have ready for harvesting here at St Luke's.
As part of our learning about Judaism and Creation, we have looked at how Jews celebrate Shabbat. We looked at the special things that Jews use for Shabbat like the Challah bread cover, candlesticks and Kiddush cup. We have used clay and beads to create our own Kiddush cups.
