For today tasks, we are going to be thinking about how Pandora feels in the first part of the story. You may need to watch the video twice!

This skills is called inference. It means you are using evidence from the video to explain how  a character might be feeling.

Please have a go at answering these questions. Keep watching the video to help you!

Science

Our topic in Science for this half term is 'Animals including humans'.

Today we will be learning about different types of nutrition. Nutrition is important because it helps humans to grow, to be strong and to be healthy. It contain 7 different types of food groups. Can you remember what they are? Think about the work you have completed with Tony in the classroom, that should give you a clue!

Please watch this video: https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/clips/zytjmp3. It introduces the food groups and how they create a healthy, balance diet. However, being healthy doesn't mean you can't eat unhealthy foods such as chocolate and crisps. You can still eat them, but you shouldn't eat too much of that food.

After, please read the PowerPoint. This will give you more information about the food groups and it will help you with your worksheet.

For EGPS today, we are going to look at word classes. Word classes that we will be looking at today are nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs. We have already learnt all about these word classes at school, so this is a recap lesson.
