For our first lesson, we completed an artist study and looked at the range of artwork produced by Orla Kiely. We discussed some of the patterns used and were able to identify some similarities between her pieces. We thought about how the artwork was sometimes symmetrical and related back to our tessellations from last half term! We were able to comment on a range of her artwork, sharing our ideas on likes and dislikes.
