Sainsbury's Taste Challenge
We were extremely lucky to have Miss Dilks from Sainsbury's in class with us this afternoon to test our taste buds with a taste challenge! We tasted hummus, mackerel pate, raw mushrooms, raw broccoli and cottage cheese! We described how each item tasted using fantastic adjectives and then thought carefully about how we could use this ingredient in a recipe to make something delicious! Thank you Miss Dilks, we had a lovely afternoon and also learnt a lot about some different food types.
