This week's homework task is to write a paragraph explaining why it is important for children to come to school. I would like to use this as an opportunity to assess the children's writing and the way they use grammar and language alongside their presentation. It is important that the children complete this task without any grown up assistance, although it may be beneficial for them to discuss their ideas through with an adult first.
You may find it easier to use lined paper - that is absolutely fine. Please contact me in the usual ways if you have any further questions. Please could this piece be emailed to me (a clear photo of the work is fine) at thoresby@st-lukes.notts.sch.uk by Wednesday 24th March.
