Something seemed fishy on Thursday afternoon as the children in The Sunshine Suite made (and ate) some fish fingers. They started out with just some fish, eggs, flour and breadcrumbs, and in just a few, messy minutes, they'd turned them into delicious fish fingers! Obviously, they weren't ready to eat straight away, but while they were cooking, Mrs Bellamy stopped to teach the children about sustainable fishing, and even learnt a few things herself. When the fish fingers were cooked, the children sat down and ate their hard earned fish fingers. Delicious!
