29th June 2023- Update

If you school has been provided with a bus service then they are to be collected at that time from their respective school. Children travelling from St. Luke's will be collected at 8:15am. Children should arrive at school no later that 8:05am.

A reminder about pink slips too as they really are essential to enter Portland!

Students will be provided with a complimentary packed lunch but are welcome to bring their own. Those who are not catching a bus will be expected to arrive at 08:30am and will be dismissed at 14:20pm. It is assumed they can be dismissed at this time to make their own way home unless told otherwise. I have received notes from some parents about wanting their child to wait in reception. Please let me know if this is the case. Any dietary requirements already mentioned will also be adhered to.

There will be a year 6 information evening from 4pm-7pm on Wednesday 12th of a July with talks from our principal at 5pm and 6pm.

Information from the meeting we had with a Portland representative will be added to this page asap.

On Friday 23rd June, a representative from Outwood Academy Portland will be visiting our school to discuss what life is like at both the Outwood schools and will answer any questions that the children have about starting in September. If you have any questions, please write them down or share with your child and we will be able to ask these on Friday.

Thank you,

Miss Tomlinson
