Starter- Try the times tables test. It is the same as what we would be doing in school. Remember you are given 5 minutes in class to answer as many questions as you can. How many questions will you get correct in that time? Have you managed to beat your score?
Keep working on your times tables at home. It is important that you have a good understanding and can quickly recall all times tables up to 12 x 12 as it will help you greatly with all aspects of your learning. Remember you can continue to keep practising your times tables through Times Tables Rockstars.
Main Activity- Look at the activity Christmas Code Cracker- Can you make any other Christmas codes? Remember to add each number carefully.
Acrostic Poetry- Using the words 'Christmas Time' write an acrostic poem about what Christmas means to you and your family. Try and include lots of interesting vocabulary and add description. Think about each line length and try to not make them too long. If you're not sure have a look at the one I have started.
