Dear Parents/Carers,

Well done Clumber Class, we have had a great week at school! This week we have written fantastic character descriptions about characters for our class book, 'Stone Age Boy'.  We have also created our own spoof websites on purple mash, it was lots of fun.

Homework

Homework will continue to be set online throughout the year, sometimes on Purple Mash and sometimes on the website. This week for your homework, I would like you complete the maths worksheet. The children have all got a paper copy of the worksheet. The activity is based on what we have learnt over the last 5 weeks in school.

If you do not know the login for your child, please send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Homework is due Wednesday 13th October by 4:00pm.

Reading

Please continue to encourage your child to read at least three times a week and record it on Clumber's Reading Log. Each week your child will get sticker on their bookmark if they have read three times. Reading books will be changed on a Friday so please complete the reading log before the following Friday.

Times Table Test

On a Friday, Clumber Class will be having a times table test. For this week, please can your child practice the 3 times table ready for their test on Friday 15th October. Please try and encourage your child to use Times Tables Rockstar to practice their spellings.
