Indian Experience

It was lovely to see Sunita in school again this year. In Welbeck Class we had lots of fun learning about India with Sunita. Firstly, we sorted Sunita's holiday pictures into two categories: pictures that had been taken in India and pictures from around the world. It was interesting to listen to the children's perceptions of India and what life is like there. The children were shocked to hear that in India there are McDonalds restaurants and lots of technology that we have in this country. Sunita then showed us a video of life in India.
