Hello Welbeck Class, Parents and Carers,
Homework- We are continuing to read Goodnight Mister Tom is class. This weeks homework is to read chapter 5 and answer the comprehension questions.

Thursday 15th December- Christmas party
Monday 19th December- Welbeck Christmas performance at St. Luke's Church
Tuesday 20th December- last day of term

Reading
Please ensure that your child is reading at least three times a week and is bringing their diary into school daily. If you have any questions about your child's reading please do not hesitate to contact me.
Swimming
There will be no swimming on Wednesday 14th December due to the pool closing for maintenance. Children should still come into school in their P.E kit as they will still have P.E on the Wednesday afternoon. Swimming will restart in January and continue to be on Wednesdays.

This weeks spellings are: rhythm, system, symbol, mystery, lyrics, oxygen, symptom, typical, crystal, antonym.
