This week we are learning about the importance of exercise on our bodies and how different types of exercise can effect our heart rates. To start make a prediction about what you think is going to happen before starting the exercise, then complete 5 different types of exercise for one minute and monitor your pulse. Remember to take a break after each activity. Once completed, make sure you write a prediction about what you notice.
