In Golden Time today we used our topic of The Great Fire of London to create lots of beautiful pieces of artwork.
Some children worked with Mrs Green to create a collage of the houses on Pudding Lane. They used black paper to create a silhouette of the buildings and tissue paper to create the fire.
The group of children that worked with Miss Tomlinson used big sheets of paper to create an image of a Tudor house. The children remembered key words from our History lesson including jetty and timber to carefully create a house similar to an image from a book. The children worked in small groups to practise skills including using a ruler and cutting with scissors.
Well done to all children for your excellent artwork and super teamwork!
