For Mental Health week, Clumber Class read a book about what mental health is. We thought about how we have positive and negative feelings and we thought about strategies to change our negative feelings into positive ones. As a class, we created a happiness and kindness chain. We filled it with picture or phrases that made us happy. It is in our classroom, so if we ever feel any negative feelings, we can go up to it and it will remind us of happier times.


We also completed wellness activities, including drawing and colouring. We played calming music and had some quiet thinking time to focus on happy thoughts and feelings.
