Quick reminder that next Tuesday and Wednesday is our parent/carer consultation evening. This will be your child's last before moving up to secondary. If you haven't already booked an appointment, bookings are still available on Parentmail. If you cannot make either of the above days, please get in touch and we can organise an alternative day after the February half term break. 

Homework

This week, please complete the multiplying decimals by integers worksheet. 

Also, I would like you to complete the proof reading exercise. 

Reading Diaries

Reading books and diaries should be handed in at the start of each day. Children should be reading at least three days a week and an adult should be recording this in their diary. We are seeing a number of children forget their diaries on a daily basis. Please continue to remind your child about the importance of bringing it to school daily. 

Spellings

contest, freeze, impact, increase, object, permit, produce, silence, subject, transport. 

Times Tables

Please continue to encourage your child to practise their times tables at home. At this point, all Y6 children should confidently recall all times tables facts up to 12x 12.
