Remembrance Art
Thursday 9th November 2017
We had lots of fun this afternoon creating a piece of artwork based on Remembrance Day. Using a picture as inspiration we used water colours to show the many colours of a sky at sun set. We carefully mixed colours to try and match the colours on the picture. Once our pictures were dry we used a black felt tip pen to draw a cross and a soldier. We wanted to create the illusion of darkness. We were all very proud of our artwork and we are looking forward to seeing them displayed in our classroom.
