Lesson 1 - we replicated sounds we hear around us using our voices and body percussion! We joined groups and thought about how we could blend our sounds together.
For our second lesson, we created different lyrics to fit within a 4 beat rhythm, following the lead of our focus song - Take You Home.
Lesson 3 - we have been learning the notes D, E, G and A on the glockenspiels. We experimented with different rhythms and learnt more about crotchets and minims, thinking about the number of beats in each note. We worked together to practise a piece of music and then played it together as a class.
