Thursday
The children have had a good night's sleep and visited the gift shop this morning. We are looking forward to a busy day with fencing, orienteering and the balance beam all on the agenda.

The children had a good night's sleep. For most of them we had to wake them up this morning, which made a nice change!
Lots of fun activities today, including shelter making, Jacob's ladder and caving.

We have a had a good night's sleep. (Well, most of us)
Breakfast was lovely and we are now all looking forward to a full day of activities and fun.
Update. The day was packed with activity: archery, bouldering, climbing, abseiling, laser-tag, problem solving and making rockets. Add in lots of scrumptious food and you can see the children are having a great time.

Monday.
We have had a lovely time today. We have met Carla, our group leader, and played some games. Then, after a lovely dinner, we did a nightline activity before finishing the evening with a campfire.
The cell reception is very poor. With only a small part of the grounds having any signal.

Our annual residential trip is fast approaching.
I spent a nice day at half term with Sir Percival Penguin visiting the site in North Wales, viewing the activities and accommodation.
