Hello Welbeck Class, Parents and Carers,

It has been lovely to speak to so many grown-ups over the last couple of days to discuss the progress of the children in Welbeck Class. As always, please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child.

This week the children took part in the Acorn Theatre auditions and I have been so impressed at how confident they were. All parts have been given out and the children have been excited at the parts they have been given. Over the next couple of weeks it is important that the children rehearse their lines so that they are prepared for the first run through on Tuesday 22nd March.

The home school agreement has been sent home with your child. Please read through it and return a signed copy by Wednesday 2nd March. If you do have any questions about the agreement please let me know.

Homework- Please complete the measurement activity.

Remember to continue to read at least three times a week and record this in your reading diary.

Dates for your diary:

We have had to change our P.E. dates so from next week our P.E. days will be Tuesday and Wednesday.

Thursday 3rd March- World Book Day

Tuesday 22nd March- Friday 25th March- Acorn Theatre rehearsals in school

Monday 28th March and Tuesday 29th March- Rehearsals at the theatre

Wednesday 30th March and Thursday 31st March- Acorn Theatre performance.
