Amongst a range of Christmas activities, over these few days we are also completing some learning!
We are writing our own traditional tale in English. Could you think of a traditional tale such as Goldilocks and the Three Bears and then mix it up in some way? Perhaps there aren't bears in your tale, there are different animals that can't speak? Or the fairy godmother in Cinderella is a man? Have a think about how you can adapt a tale, or even create your own from scratch! Send your tales to the class email address - I would love to see them.
In GPS, we are discussing embedded/relative clauses. See below for some useful information on those. I have also attached a worksheet - have a go at adding your own clauses into the sentences.
We have also been making baubles, Christmas cards, decorating our tree and creating our Thoresby Class Christmas performance!
