This week's homework task is to write a cinquain. We have learnt about these in our English lessons and children should be familiar with the content and structure. The task is now available on Purple Mash, alongside a range of other tasks. These other tasks are optional and have no due date. They are based on learning we have already done and would be good for children to complete in their own time. However, the homework tasks have a due date on and will only be available on the 2Dos list until this date. The due date for this piece of homework is Wednesday 29th September.
It is also good for children to continue to practise their times tables so that they are fluent in all up to 12x12. Times Tables Rockstars is a great resource, but you could also work on these on paper or in other ways too.
