World Book Day 2023
We had a fantastic World Book Day on Thursday and I know how much you all enjoyed taking part in our World Book Day tour - Can you tell your grown-up’s all about the four books that we focused on? We also enjoyed starting off the day by making our own story dens, where we were then able to share our favourite story books with our friends.

Understanding of the World -
People, cultures and communities
This week we have had Miss Macarthy come to work with us in Creswell Class. She has been able to share with us some news about her recent trip to South America.
The children have enjoyed locating the different places that Miss Macarthy visited, on maps but also she shared with us lots of photographs and artefacts from this amazing country.
The children loved looking closely at the artefacts as well as learning about how families live in this country. Thank you Miss Macarthy for sharing your wonderful news with us.
