Homework set: Friday 19th January 2024
Homework due: Wednesday 24th January 2024 by 4pm
Dear Parents/Carers,
Thoresby Class have had a wonderful week! We have been really busy writing diary entries based on the Maya or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We have been practising different methods of throwing in PE and the children have really enjoyed perfecting their skills. In Maths, we have been learning how to divide two digit numbers and three digit numbers by one digit numbers. The children practised using lots of different methods including the part whole model, bus stop method and using the place value chart and then decided to use the method that worked best for them.
