Stone Age Art
We have been looking at art in the Stone Age.
As part of our lessons, we made a piece of art work the Stone Age way.
We started by looking at the different sorts of cave art that has been found across the world. This was really interesting, and although some of the figures look a bit like stick men, when we looked more closely we found that they weren't.
Then we found out how the people in the Stone Age made their paint. We were able to recreate some of those methods and make paint and brushes from things in the natural world around us.
These pictures will make a great display when they are finished, I hope you come and have a look.
