Today we dressed in rainbow colours to celebrate Pride. Here are some of our outfits:
We did some mindfulness colouring and word searches.
Today, we learnt about different types of families. We read a book called ‘The Magic Family’ which explained how magical all families are. We discussed different types of families, such as same sex families, blended families, single parent families and how they are all unique and special. We also thought about who is in our own family and why our family is special to us.
We also learnt about respect. We looked at different scenarios and decided what actions show respect and what actions don’t show respect.
