This week we have had our first Geography lesson of the year where we learnt about the months of the year and how these are split into the four seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. We learnt which months are in which season and discussed what the weather was like at each different time of year. Refresh your memory using the song we learnt in our lesson and try and teach your grown ups what you know!
We have recapped our learning of the seasons and different types of weather this week and we also discussed how we monitor the temperature outside. We looked at the Met Office online and learnt more about how meteorologists predict the weather for us. We are going to be keeping a record of the weather each day over the next week, so we created some weather diaries for us to record our observations!
