For our first lesson, we completed an artist study and learnt more about Henri Rousseau and his artwork. We found out about his early life and his most famous paintings, learning about the style of art he completed. We also focused on some of his jungle paintings, as we will use these for inspiration in our own artwork!
We completed our own jungle themed tessellations using our own leaf stencils!
