  • Pupil Flu Vaccinations - Friday 13th October 2023

    If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccination in school, please follow this link to complete an online consent form as soon as possible:

    The vaccinations will take place here at St. Luke's on Friday 13th October. This link will close on 11th October.   • New Autumn Winter Menu & Alterations 6th & 7th September 2023

    Our new Autumn/Winter menu is now live on the website!  This will be live from the start of September and you can access it here: https://www.st-lukes.notts.sch.uk/lunch-menus/

     

    Please be aware that we have some slight changes to our menu on Wednesday 6th & Thursday 7th September.

     

    The menu used on the first week back will be the 'Week 2' menu.  On Wednesday, dessert will be Jelly & Fruit instead of Bakewell Tart.  On Thursday, the meat will be Sausages instead of Pork.

     

  • Sports Day Special Lunch Menu - 24/07/23

    We are all looking forward to this year's Sports Day on Monday 24th July.  For this day only, the following "Seaside Special" menu will be served for lunch:

     

    Breaded Fish

    [contains fish & gluten]

    Served with crispy chunky chips, mushy peas, tomato ketchup and bread & butter.

     

    OR

     

    Oved Baked Jacket Potato

    [contains milk]

    Served with cheese, baked beans and mixed salad.

     

    Dessert

    [contains milk, gluten & soya]

    Ice cream cone, served with raspberry sauce.

  • Gullivers Valley- Day 3

    This morning we took part in a Swings and Roundabouts workshop where we designed our own theme park ride. We then presented our ideas on stage to the rest of our school.

     

    We then had lots of fun exploring the theme park.

    We have had a very busy second day. The children woke early and enjoyed a breakfast of cereal and pastries. During the day, the children have enjoyed the fire lighting activity, shelter building, animal adaptation, group challenges and team games. Tonight the children are excited for the story telling by the campfire.

    We have arrived safe at Gullivers Valley and the children are having a fantastic time. We’ve already played laser tag, climbed the many climbing walls and played mini golf and used the soft play. 

  • Nottinghamshire Holiday Activities and Food - Free holiday activities and food for eligible children

    Holiday Activities and Food Programme - Spring 2023

     

    Nottinghamshire County Council launch the Spring 2023 programme on Saturday 18th March.   

    HAF is the Department for Education funded programme offering FREE activities and food for children receiving benefits related free school meals. These programmes run during the following school holidays: Spring, Summer, Autumn (October) and Christmas holidays.  

     

    Children aged between 5 – 16 years (Reception aged 4 and year 11 inclusive) in receipt of benefits related free school meals are eligible for free holiday activities and food. This is not a food voucher scheme. 

     

    Families with eligible children should have received a printed copy to their doorstep.
