Adding 5 numbers!
This week in Maths we have been focusing on rearranging number sums. We have been identifying number bonds and doubling numbers to make the sum easier to work out. The children have been excellent at this!
Venn diagrams
Over the past couple of weeks, children have been learning how to use a venn diagram. We have been sorting the properties of shapes. We have also been using it to sort letters out!
Christmas themed maths!
Over the past couple of weeks we have been learning about all different types of shapes. We created our own snowmen and described the shapes that have been used!
We measured how far cars travelled using metre sticks!
