This week's homework task combines our learning on newspaper articles and World War Two and is to write a newspaper report about a child who has been caught up in an air raid. We have discussed air raids in our history lessons and have learnt about Anderson shelters and listened to an air raid siren. Therefore, children should have enough knowledge to write this report, but they are welcome to do their own research on the subject if they would like to. The template for the report is on Purple Mash and it has been set as a 2Do. This 2Do will disappear from Purple Mash on Wednesday 26th January, so please make sure it has been handed in by then.
