This week, we have learnt about the 7 continents and where these are located on a world map! We learnt the names of these continents and some of us even looked deeper into which countries were in which continent. Can you remember which continent the United Kingdom is in?

This week, we focused on the oceans that surround each of the continents! We revisited our knowledge from last lesson and then continued to develop our understanding of atlases by using them to locate and name the oceans of the world. We then looked more closely at some of the specifics of each ocean and made comparisons between them.
