There are some excellent resources on the White Rose Website. https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-2/
Oak National Academy:
Similar to White Rose Maths, Oak National Academy have designed an online classroom where they are uploading a range of lessons each week tailored towards the year 2 curriculum. These include 5 English and Maths lessons and a range of foundation subjects including Science, History and Modern Foreign Languages. This may be a resource that you would like to use at home throughout the next couple of weeks.

This week, I would like you to write a non-chronological report all about your favourite animal.
Monday- research facts about your favourite animal.
Tuesday- plan what you are going to put in your non-chronological report. The sub-headings could be: introduction, amazing facts, where do they live? etc.
Wednesday- start to write your introduction. Remember to use great adjectives to make your report interesting! The reader should learn lots about your animal.
Thursday- continue to write your non-chronological report. Remember, you can use bullet points for some sections such as amazing facts.
Friday- Draw some pictures to go in your non-chronological report to show what your animal looks like.
These are some good prayer activities for your children to complete for the Thy Kingdom Come event on the 21st of May. See the link below.
