Magical Maths
Friday 13th September 2019
We have had a fantastic Maths lesson today focusing on the Nrich problem: The Thousands Game. The children worked in small groups and used 0-9 number cards to make 4 and 5 digit numbers. They then had objectives such as: the number closest to 3000 and the children had to use their cards to organise the digits to make a number close to 3000. The children worked well in their groups and really challenged themselves with the numbers that they made.
