Raising Money for National Charities-Children in Need
During our recent school council meetings we thought about and discussed ideas for 'Children in Need'. Children throughout school were asked to let School Council class representatives know of any suggestions. Ideas were finalised during the first week back after the half term break with a sponsored fancy dress event being planned.
On Friday 14th November we had a great day in school wearing our fancy dress costumes and buying Pudsey Bear biscuits. The School Council helped to organise the day and the money was counted by the Treasurer. We raised a fantastic £743.97 for Children in Need.
